Kaiser. Benny and Kaiser had a series of duels on the playground, and Benny lost them all.
When Benny lost, he was
sentenced to the "Dead Zone," a part of the playground only
lame and weird kids were allowed. He wasn't allowed to play with any one else anymore, not even Rain
and June.
Rain and June weren't part of the battle, but because they were Benny's friends, Kaiser wanted them punished too.
